Nothing ignites my passion in business more than assisting an entrepreneur who is genuinely prepared to elevate every aspect of their business, self-love, relationships, wealth mindset, and lifestyle.
I aspire to see you lead a life of both personal and professional freedom, where you have the liberty to pursue your heart's deepest desires. What I wish for you, above all, is to attain absolute clarity regarding your soul's purpose and calling. I want to help you break through the barriers that have been holding you back and keeping you stagnant. This way, you can take actions aligned with your soul's purpose and unlock your true potential to achieve the income, impact, and freedom you yearn for. It's about leading authentically, from the depths of your being, in both business and life.
Before we proceed, allow me to share a bit of my own story and journey.
I understand the feeling of being trapped in a 9-5 job, one that offers an exceptional salary and incredible perks, along with the flexibility to work from home whenever desired, yet feeling entirely unfulfilled. I've experienced straddling the line between the corporate world and nurturing a side business. And I also recognize that there comes a pivotal moment when you must decide to take the leap into your business full-time, even before you feel completely ready.
One day, after a brief medical leave, I
returned to my job as a
Senior Consultant at an IT firm, only
to discover that the company was
undergoing a restructuring, and my
role was no longer required. You
see, I had launched my first
business back in 2005, all the while
maintaining my position in Corporate
Canada, with plans to transition to
full-time entrepreneurship the
following year.
I FELT IT WAS TIME TO TAKE THE LEAP
However, this time felt distinct; it was the moment to take that courageous leap.
I was resolute in my decision, making a solemn commitment to dive headfirst into the entrepreneurial journey, fully aware that the path might be challenging, akin to sinking or swimming. Regardless, I was determined to steer my business towards success, unwavering in my resolve.
But challenges escalated.
By 2012, the landscape of online marketing had transformed dramatically, rendering the traditional marketing approaches ineffective for online businesses. We found ourselves in the position of having to relearn how to market, promote, and establish brand awareness in the digital realm. Despite having invested substantial resources—thousands of dollars, time, and intellectual assets—success remained elusive. We gleaned valuable lessons from our missteps and, armed with a newfound understanding of online business marketing, shifted our focus towards assisting entrepreneurs in constructing prosperous and lucrative online enterprises.
Then, tragedy struck.
In an untimely turn of events, I lost my beloved younger brother. This profound loss left an indelible mark on me, emphasizing the importance of maintaining close connections with family, friends, and loved ones. Adding to the turmoil, as life's pressures intensified, my life partner and business associates and I chose to part ways.
I BELIEVE WE ALL ARE ICONS IN THE MAKING
Reinventing Myself and My Business...
During this transformative phase, I took a hiatus from my business. I felt a compelling need to delve inward, to uncover my true purpose on this Earth. This journey led me to take inspired actions to confront and conquer the limiting beliefs that had been impeding my progress. I also began to cultivate a heightened consciousness of my thoughts, pondering who and what I was attracting into my life and, more importantly, why.
I embarked on an active quest to live my best life. This journey included devouring personal development books, delving into the intricacies of the law of attraction, prioritizing self-love and self-care, seeking guidance through mentoring and coaching, and honing my marketing, coaching, and entrepreneurial skills.
It dawned on me that everything was unfolding in my favor, even amidst the considerable challenges and occasional solitude of the journey. I started declining projects and joint ventures that would divert my focus from my goals and, instead, began wholeheartedly saying 'Yes' to my role as a Next Level Breakthrough Mentor.
But what exactly constitutes greatness?
In life or in business, greatness emerges from the dynamic interplay of two critical factors: uniqueness (being different) and usefulness (making a difference).
Hence, the formula for greatness, whether in the realm of business or in life, can be succinctly expressed as follows:
Greatness = Uniqueness (Being Different) + Usefulness (Making a Difference).
I'VE STEPPED INTO MY GREATNESS & LIVING ON PURPOSE
In essence, genuine entrepreneurs find their drive not in monetary gain, but in a higher purpose. They embark on entrepreneurial journeys with the aim of transforming a vision, idea, or dream into reality, not just for themselves but for the benefit of others as well. Their fervor lies in constructing a substantial enterprise and fostering its ascent to greatness.
As for myself, I have embraced my own path to greatness and am living with a profound sense of purpose...
Today, I take immense pride in the creation of a socially conscious empire. This empire consists of a global boutique coaching and consulting company, meticulously constructed upon the principles of self-leadership and digital transformation strategies. Our primary objective is to drive sales and enhance profitability for our clients, all while staying aligned with their core values.
Furthermore, within this multifaceted enterprise, there exists a dynamic multimedia platform that caters to both business and lifestyle enthusiasts. This platform encompasses the "Kharisma Daily Show," a compelling social commentary podcast where I embark on explorations into thought-provoking discussions concerning the ever-evolving dynamics between men and women, the societal impacts of feminism, and the profound journey of men's self-improvement.
In the Kharisma Magazine, a one-of-kind Coffee Table Lifestyle & Business Publication, is where I engage in sharing motivational messages and conducting insightful interviews with contemporary, accomplished entrepreneurs, visionary thought leaders, and bestselling authors. They graciously divulge their personal stories and the remarkable paths they've traveled on their entrepreneurial journeys.
